Bunbury, Western Australia is the third largest city in western Australia and in 2005/2006 was recognised as the fastest growing city in Australia. The Bunbury, Western Australia Tower, often called the "Milk Carton" because of its distinctive shape and blue-and-white colours, is a major feature of the city's skyline. It was built in 1983 by businessman Alan Bond. Also prominent in Burbury are the old lighthouse and lookout tower in the Marlston Hill district, which has been a focus of the city's cultural and commercial growth since the late 1990s.Interestingly the Australian comedian Wil Anderson called Bunbury, Western Australia the 'most Aussie town in Australia' when he was asked if he would like egg in his kebab at a local restaurant. As well as this the town is mentioned in the song 'Marvellous' on Disc 2 of the album Boned! by comedian Billy Birmingham. The line reads "From Bondi in the east across to Bunbury, Western Australia in the west"
